We read every message and reply when we can. We do not promise a response time.

If you are reporting a result, tell us which tool you used and what you expected to see. Please describe the problem rather than sending a full set of birth details unless it is needed to reproduce it. If you do send them, we use them only to look into your message.

We cannot give personal predictions or readings by email.

We use your email address and message only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your message to anyone else. To ask us to access, correct or delete something you have sent, write to the same address. The Privacy Policy has the details.
